Remember the days when a tiny bird, a few obstacles, and one simple control were enough to keep you hitting restart? Bird Fly brings back the familiar challenge of Flappy Bird, the legendary game that had players chasing high scores one run at a time.
The goal is simple: keep the bird in the air and steer clear of the trap walls. The longer you survive, the higher your score climbs. It sounds easy enough, but one mistimed move is all it takes to bring up the βGame Overβ screen.
You may feel like you have the hang of it at first. After a few restarts, however, keeping a steady rhythm becomes the real test. Some runs end just short of a new record, which makes it hard to walk away without giving it one more shot.
At the end of each run, Bird Fly displays your latest score alongside your personal best. Seeing that record right in front of you adds plenty of incentive to jump back in and try again. The pixel-art visuals and distant city skyline also give the game a classic arcade feel.
