A finger that jumps, flips, and somehow still manages to bleed is already a pretty weird idea. Bloody Finger Jump on Woko Games, published by Kiz10, turns that into a fast arcade challenge where you try to climb as high as possible, avoid spikes along both sides, and grab stars on the way up.
The finger keeps bouncing upward while you control how it flips in the air. Hold one side to backflip and the other to frontflip. It sounds simple, but every spin changes your angle and the way you move into the next section. Hold a flip a little too long and you can send the finger straight into a row of spikes.
The walls never really feel safe. Spikes stick out from both the left and right sides, and the open space keeps changing as you climb. I found it much easier to look ahead instead of staring at the character. A clean flip does not help much if it sends you straight into the next hazard.
There are also stars to collect along the way. The HUD shows star progress such as 1/30 during a run, while your Score sits in the upper-right corner. That means the game keeps tempting you to move away from the safest line just to grab one more star. And, of course, the star closest to the spikes always looks like the one you absolutely need.
The name Bloody Finger Jump is not just for show either. Hitting spikes leaves cartoon blood splattered along the sides of the screen. The effect is exaggerated and a little ridiculous, which fits the arcade style much better than anything serious. Most crashes feel more goofy than gruesome.
There is also a Customize menu with 12 character slots shown on one page. The basic finger is unlocked at the start, while the other options are locked. That gives you something extra to work toward besides just chasing a higher score, even if the main fun still comes from seeing how long you can keep the finger alive.
The visuals are simple and easy to read. A blue sky, clouds, and mountains keep the background light, while the dark spikes and red splashes stand out clearly. The finger itself has a cartoon face, so even with the โbloodyโ theme, the game still feels more silly than scary.
What I like about Bloody Finger Jump is that it only needs two basic inputs to ruin a perfectly good run. One backflip held too long, one badly timed frontflip, and you go from โIโm actually getting good at thisโ to โHow did I hit that spike?โ
If you want a quick arcade game with simple controls and a clear score-chasing challenge, Bloody Finger Jump on Woko Games is easy to jump into. Climb higher, collect stars, keep your flips under control, and try not to turn both sides of the screen red.
