It took me less than a minute to understand Flow Connect, then much longer to fix one line I had drawn in the wrong place. This HTML5 puzzle game on Woko Games has a straightforward rule: connect matching dots and keep the colored paths from crossing.
Each level rearranges the dots into a new layout. Start at one dot, draw a path to its match, then move on to the remaining pairs. Finishing one color doesn’t mean you’re in the clear. That path may take up space another pair needs later.
Boards with fewer, closely placed dots are usually quick to figure out. Once the layouts become more tangled, it pays to scan the whole board before drawing anything. Sometimes the longer route is the better one, as long as it stays out of every other color’s way.
Connecting the closest pairs first is a handy approach, but it won’t solve every puzzle. I once reached the final pair only to find that there was no open route left. The real mistake turned out to be a line I had drawn much earlier.
Flow Connect keeps the controls simple, yet every path affects what you can do next. Play it on Woko Games and see if you can connect every pair without getting the colors tangled.
