You and a friend control two blocky characters, one green, one blue. You have to work your way through layered stages (from level 0 to 3) packed with spikes, crawling bugs, and green gems. The main trick is using the colored portals to warp between different floors so you can grab all 36 gems and reach the exit in one piece.
Playing together sounds easy until someone misses a jump, lands on spikes, or steps into the wrong portal and resets the whole run. Having one person on WASD and the other on the arrow keys, shouting out warnings while trying to grab every last gem, gives it that classic, chaotic couch co-op feel.
