description Description

Coloring a picture is easy, but have you ever tried coloring an entire maze with just one little ball? That’s exactly what you’ll be doing in Colored Maze Puzzle! Published by newgamess and available on Woko Games, this maze puzzle game gives you a simple but surprisingly tricky challenge. There are no monsters to fight or timers to race against. Your only job is to guide a small ball through a maze and color every part of the path. Sounds easy, right? Well, take a wrong turn, and you might spend a while figuring out how to finish the level.

The gameplay in Colored Maze Puzzle is pretty straightforward. Each level features a small maze made of dark square tiles surrounded by white walls. You use your mouse or the arrow keys to move the ball through the paths. Every tile the ball passes over gets filled with color. Your goal is to cover all the uncolored tiles to complete the level. In the first level, for example, you’ll guide the ball around a square-shaped structure in the middle, turning the dark tiles into a bright turquoise path.

What makes things interesting is that you can’t just move the ball to the end of the maze. You have to make sure every tile gets colored. Some paths lead to dead ends, others have several sharp turns, and a few connect in ways you might not notice at first. Sometimes an uncolored tile is right next to your ball, but reaching it means going all the way around the maze. I like this kind of puzzle because you don’t need quick reflexes, but you still have to think about which direction to take first. A tiny maze might look like a piece of cake until you actually start playing!

Colored Maze Puzzle has plenty of levels to work through. On the level selection screen, you can see 40 numbered levels, from 1 to 40, along with an arrow button that takes you to the next page. The early levels have fairly simple layouts, giving you time to get used to the controls. But after just a few rounds, the paths start changing quite a bit. Level 2 introduces more branches and connected paths, while Level 3 features longer routes, tighter turns, and open spaces between sections. You’ll need to pay closer attention to make sure you don’t leave any part of the maze uncolored.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the game challenges you to complete each maze with a limited number of moves. Instead of moving the ball around randomly until every tile is colored, it’s better to study the layout and plan your route. Look for shorter paths, intersections, and any tiles you haven’t covered yet. Choose the right direction, and you might color a whole section without having to backtrack too much. That’s one of the most satisfying parts of the game for me. Sometimes finishing a maze isn’t nearly as tricky as finding the smartest way to finish it!

As for the graphics, Colored Maze Puzzle keeps things simple. Each maze sits in the center of the screen, with small square tiles, white walls, and a dark background that makes everything easy to see. The ball is pinkish-red, and the tiles change color as you move across them. In the early levels, you’ll see the paths turn turquoise or yellow, which looks pretty cool as more and more of the maze gets filled in. I especially like seeing the finished maze, when all those dark tiles have turned into one colorful path.

With very few buttons and no complicated instructions, Colored Maze Puzzle is a nice game to play when you want to relax but still give your brain a little workout. Each level feels like a small puzzle about finding the right route and deciding which direction to take first. You can finish one maze in just a short session, then move on to another with a trickier layout. Just don’t get too confident after beating the first few levels. The more twists and turns a maze has, the more you’ll need to think about your next move.

If you enjoy casual puzzle games, give Colored Maze Puzzle a try on Woko Games. Guide the ball, color the paths, and see how many levels you can beat. Who knows? After a few rounds, you might discover you’re better at finding your way around than your GPS! Just remember one thing: to finish the maze, you can’t leave a single tile uncolored, even the ones hiding in the trickiest corners.
