If you’ve played Suika Game and already know how addictive merging fruit can be, Cat Suika swaps the melons, oranges, and grapes for cats. The result is a light, easy-to-learn puzzle game that can be a little dangerous if you’re the type who keeps saying, “just one more round.”
The rules are simple. Cats appear at the top of the screen, and you choose where to drop them into the play area. When two cats of the same breed touch, they merge into a new, higher-level breed. Keep matching them to unlock more cats and raise your score.
There are 11 cat breeds to discover: Persian, Siamese, Maine Coon, Sphynx, Ragdoll, Bengal, Scottish Fold, British Shorthair, Tuxedo, Calico, and Turkish Van. I like that the full list stays visible on the left side of the screen because it makes the game feel a little like filling out a collection, not just chasing points.
The scoring is easy to follow too. Early merges can give you +2 points, then +4 and +8 as you create higher-level cats. Watching the score go up is nice, but I found myself more interested in seeing which breed I could unlock next.
The “Next” section on the right shows which cat is coming up. It sounds like a small detail, but it helps a lot. If I knew a Persian or Siamese was next, I could leave a little room in the right spot instead of dropping cats randomly and hoping for the best.
That’s also where Cat Suika gets trickier than its cute look suggests. The cats fall, roll, and pile into each other, so one bad drop can turn the bottom of the board into a mess. Once the board fills up, the run is over. I definitely had a few moments where I thought, “there’s still plenty of room,” only to run out of space a few moves later.
The visuals keep things soft and playful, with a cream-colored background, paw prints, and colorful round cat icons. Each breed has its own look, so it’s easy to tell them apart even when the board starts getting crowded. There aren’t a lot of flashy effects, and that fits the relaxed puzzle style pretty well.
Cat Suika on Woko Games is a good pick when you want something easygoing but still want a goal to chase. Drop cats, merge matching breeds, try to unlock all 11 types, and push your score a little higher. It sounds simple, but once the board starts filling up, every click suddenly feels a lot more important.
See if you can reach Turkish Van before the whole screen turns into a pile of cats. And if you fail, well, losing because you had too many cats still sounds better than losing in most games.
